Please complete the rental application below for 333 Fremont Street. All persons over 18 years old who intend to live in the property must complete an application. There will be a non-refundable application fee of $40.00 per applicant. You will be redirected to pay for your applicant fees after you submit this form. The Security Deposit and First Month’s rent check is payable to 333 Fremont Venture, LLC and must be submitted prior to move-in via a cashier’s check, money order or wire payment.

  • Application fee = $40.00 per applicant (one-time, non-refundable fee)
  • 1 Bedroom Security Deposit = $1000.00
  • 2 Bedroom Security Deposit = $1500.00
  • Move-in fee = $220.00 (one-time, non-refundable fee)
  • Pet rent = $50.00 (monthly fee)
  • Pet Security Deposit = $250.00
  • Parking = $299.00 per car, per month
  • Utility Fee (water, sewer, gas and trash)
    • $50.00 for 1-bedroom apartment
    • $75.00 for 2-bedroom apartment
General Information

Pets
  • Dog & Cats = $50.00/month, Pet Deposit = $250.00.
  • All pets must be approved by Management and incorporated into the Lease. In no event shall Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Doberman, Pit-bull, Rottweiler, or Staffordshire Terrier dog breeds be allowed within the building.
  • Two pet limit per apartment residence.

Parking
  • On-site parking in our garage is available monthly at $299.00 per parking space.
Storage
  • On-site storage in our garage is available for rental:
    • $100.00 a month for a large storage unit- 87 (height) x 44 (width) x 34 (Depth)
    • $50.00 a month for a small storage unit- 44 (height) x 44 (width) x 34 (Depth)

Applicant confirms that all information is true, accurate, and complete to the best of the applicant's knowledge. Landlord, property manager, or leasing agent reserves the right to disqualify tenant if information is not as represented.

Properties will have multiple applicants, and payment of the Application Fee does not guarantee Tenancy even if the Applicant is qualified. No person shall be denied the right to rent this property, or any of our properties, based on Applicant's race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth or medical conditions related to them as well as gender and perception of gender), sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, ancestry, familial status, source of income, disability, medical condition, or age.

ANY PERSON OR FIRM IS AUTHORIZED TO RELEASE INFORMATION ABOUT THE APPLICANTS UPON PRESENTATION OF THIS FORM AT ANY TIME.

    • Self-employed, please provide one of the following:
      • Independent contractor’s license and one of the following:
        • Bank statements verifying monthly income deposits going back six months
